Video: Improving retail browser-to-buyer conversion rates

In our recent study on The Apparel Shopper Journey, we surveyed 1500 shoppers immediately after they visited stores or websites for 72 retail chains - even shoppers who didn't end up buying anything.

In this 2-minute video, we walk through the data on how retailers can improve browser-to-buyer conversion and the impact this can have on sales.

Non-buyers are notoriously hard for retailers to research, since there's no POS interaction to target them with.

We solve this problem using our innovative survey panel (the largest of its kind in the U.S.) which uses geolocation data and web browsing data to target shoppers who just visited your stores or your website.

If you're interested in understanding who your non-buyers are, what drove them to shop, and why they don't end up making a purchase, we can add add your retailer to the Retail Customer Experience Benchmark, a syndicated survey of online and in-store shoppers.
